When a tech company says that it’s all about their people we all think “oh SURE, sure!” but in this case they are right.
Just wrapped up an amazing two day job in Arlington VA for Innovative Driven who does complex data analytics for law firms and helps them get through the massive discovery phase faster, cheaper and more accurately. Loads of interviews and while their tech is cutting edge the biggest take away for me was that they are serious people who truly love what they do.
It was fun and an honor to be able to capture their stories and show their energy. Even if they do stare at screens a lot!
